Most projects stall because it's hard to picture the result. Our planning service fixes that: we walk the space, listen to what you want, and produce a clear, realistic visual concept of the finished work.
This is a design and visualization service. It is not engineering, architectural stamping or permit-ready drawing production. When a project needs a licensed engineer or architect, we say so and work alongside the drawings they provide.

The design fee is credited toward your project if you move forward with JJJ Construction for the build.
